safety is our top priority
We implement rigorous safety protocols, adhere to global best practices, and foster a safety-first culture that prioritizes the health and well-being of every individual on site.
Maintaining safe construction sites is a core element of our operational strategy and our broader commitment to sustainability in the oil & gas sector.
Through these comprehensive measures, El-Khodary remains steadfast in its mission to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable construction operations.
Safety and Accident Prevention Plan
Prior to the start of any construction project, a comprehensive Safety and Accident Prevention Plan is developed. This plan outlines:
the specific health and safety rules to be applied;
methods for conducting safe work; and
measures for protecting personnel, property and equipment throughout the project lifecycle.
Regular Safety Training for Employees
All employees receive continuous safety training.
Training begins with a detailed orientation session before they even arrive at the worksite.
Daily safety briefings are conducted each morning to review the day’s planned activities and to reinforce key occupational health and safety principles, ensuring these practices become a natural part of each team member’s daily routine.
Weekly safety meetings further equip our staff with training on the proper use of tools and equipment and enhance awareness of job-specific safety risks.
Rigorous Incident Documentation
Near-miss incidents are documented and shared across sites as part of our proactive learning culture.
Even when an incident occurs at a location not managed by our company, we share the findings internally to enhance awareness and update our safety policies accordingly.
International safety Certifications
Our safety officers undergo professional training and are certified by internationally recognized safety organizations, including OSHA and NEBOSH. This ensures our team is not only knowledgeable but also empowered to lead and enforce a safe working environment across all our projects.
